Volantes Renewables Recruitment is the renewables division of Volantes Technical Recruitment. We place engineers and technical specialists across EV charging infrastructure, grid connections, high voltage and wind — the disciplines that actually build and maintain electrification infrastructure.
The approach is deliberately narrow: relationships, straight communication and quality over volume. You get a shortlist you can act on, not a mailbox full of CVs.
